How to Back Up the Express DVD

Distributed by Universal Pictures, "The Express" is a movie about Heisman Trophy-winning running back Ernest Davis. Universal Pictures offers "The Express" as a DVD, which can be watched on a DVD player or computer. If you want, you can create a backup of "The Express" DVD onto your hard disk. However, you must use a DVD ripper such as CloneDVD, AnyDVD or DVDFab to bypass the copy-protection on "The Express" DVD.
  • CloneDVD

      Download and install CloneDVD (see Resource section).

      Open CloneDVD and select the "Clone DVD" option.

      Insert "The Express" DVD into your computer's DVD-ROM.

      Use the "DVD Video Files" drop-down menu at the top of the "CloneDVD" window to select your computer's DVD-ROM.

      Click "Next," specify a location to backup "The Express" DVD and click "Clone."

    AnyDVD

      Download and install AnyDVD (see Resource section).

      Open AnyDVD. To do so, click "Start," point to "All Programs," click "SlySoft," click the "AnyDVD" folder and select "AnyDVD."

      Click the "Settings" option under the "Video DVD" section on the left-side navigation pane. Click on the drop-down menu under the AI scanner section and select "Always Enable."

      Open AnyDVD Ripper. To do so, click "Start," point to "All Programs," click "SlySoft," click the "AnyDVD" folder and select "AnyDVD Ripper."

      Insert "The Express" DVD into your computer's DVD-ROM. Select your computer's DVD-ROM using the drop-down menu on the "AnyDVD Ripper" window. Use the "Destination Directory" field section to specify a location to backup "The Express" DVD. Click "Copy DVD" to backup "The Express" DVD.

    DVDFab

      Download and install DVDFab (see Resource section).

      Open DVDFab and select the "Full Disc" option under the "DVD Copy" section.

      Insert "The Express" DVD into your computer's DVD-ROM. Select your computer's DVD-ROM using "Open Folder" icon next to the "Source" field.

      Specify a destination to backup "The Express" DVD using the "Open Folder" icon next to the "Target" field.

      Click "Start" to back up "The Express" DVD.
