Businesses often use a team concept to accomplish goals and objectives This team concept maximizes individual skills and relies on workers complimenting each other. But often there are pressures and obstacles that create challenges that lower morale. Peer pressure can result in a festering, negative attitude, which could endanger reaching objectives. Team leaders have the responsibility to build team morale and encourage each individual toward helping the team achieve its goals.
