How to Convert a MS Access Report

One of the most useful features of Microsoft Access is the ability to convert the program's queries and reports into other formats. Converting the results of an Access report into a different format allows others to view the information, even if they do not have Microsoft Access installed on their own computers. Access supports a wide range of conversion formats, from text files and XML to various spreadsheet formats.
