- 1 Check your ticket for the gate number. There are five entrance gates to Fenway Park. Gate A is located at the corner of Yawkey Way and Brookline Avenue; Gate B is at the corner of Van Ness Street and Ipswich Street; Gate C is on Lansdowne Street; Gate D is at the corner of Yawkey Way and Van Ness Street; and Gate E is at the corner of Brookline Avenue and Lansdowne Street. Your ticket will list the appropriate entry gate closest to your seat.
- 2 Review a seating map of Fenway Park and your ticket for your type of seating. Fenway Park has 16 different types of seating. Although Fenway Park has adequate signage directing fans to the different types of seating, it will make things easier for you on game day if you have an idea of where your type of seat is in relation to the field.
- 3 Arrive at Fenway Park and enter the appropriate gate. If arriving by public transportation, both Kenmore Station and Fenway Station are a few blocks from Fenway Park. You may need to walk around Fenway Park to reach your gate. If you arrive early, take the time to experience Yawkey Way, which closes to non-ticket holders on game days and features live music and concessions. However, if you choose to walk Yawkey Way, you will need to enter by Gate A or Gate D and walk a bit longer through the stadium to get to your seat.
- 4 Check your ticket for your section number and walk to the correct section. Your ticket will list the section number for your seat. Signs at Fenway Park will point you in the right direction to your section.
- 5 Ask the usher for the exact location of your seats. Fenway Park posts a ticket usher at the entrance to each section. The usher will check your tickets to make sure that you are in the right section, and then escort you to your seats. Enjoy the game!

How to Find Your Seat at Fenway
There are few greater summertime pleasures than taking in a baseball game, and there may be no finer places at which to watch a baseball game than Fenway Park. Open to the public since 1912, Fenway Park is located in the heart of the Kenmore neighborhood of Boston, Massachusetts. Fenway Park is the oldest Major League Baseball stadium still in use and is one of the most well-known sports stadiums in the world. Although there are roughly 37,000 seats at Fenway Park, finding your seat can be easy with a little bit of preparation.
