How to Fix Win32 When Your Computer Won't Start Up

Win32 is the core of the Windows operating system that contains several system files essential for the computer to start into Windows. These files are all located in the system32 folder, and are responsible for the basic functionality of nearly all Windows-based programs. If some of these files are missing or damaged, your computer will not load Windows. You can repair a missing or damaged Win32 by using a recovery tool found on your Windows installation disk.
