How to Get a Ruler in Microsoft Expression

Microsoft Expression may be viewed in design, code or split view. Design view shows the layout of your page and hides the background code. Code view hides the layout but displays the hidden code, while split view shows a combination of both. The horizontal and vertical rulers are visible in Design view. You can hide or reveal the ruler at any time. By changing the settings of your ruler, you can also select units of measurement.
