How to Get the Start Taskbar Back

The taskbar is Windows' ever-present utility that allows users to control their desktops and hence their computers. The taskbar is customizable and conveniently easy to use. By adding or removing icons, the taskbar becomes your signature program runner, your signature application launcher and your signature utility enhancer. It is yours to change and update as you see fit.
