How to Get a Title for an Old Model A Coupe

Ford Motor Company of Detroit, Michigan, manufactured the Model A from 1927 to 1931. It was succeeded by the Model T. The Ford Motor Company manufactured nearly 4.9 million Model As in many styles. If you are an antique car enthusiast and are restoring a Model A Ford, you can get a title for the vehicle.

      Call the nearest Department of Motor Vehicles office. Ask the representative about obtaining a title for an antique car manufactured prior to the issuance of Vehicle Identification Numbers. Ask the DMV to mail a vehicle registration form to you.
