How to Install a T1 Card in a Cisco 3800 Router
A T1 card enables you to connect a Cisco router to an external T1 network. You can insert the card into one of several expansion bays on a Cisco 3800 router. The expansion bays can handle either half-sized cards, such as the T1 card, or full-size cards, such as a switching module. Once installed, you can make adjustments to the T1 card configuration, if desired, using Cisco Command Line Interface (CLI).
