How to Obtain a Spare Ignition Key for a 2008 Dodge Nitro
Making a duplicate spare key for a 2008 Dodge Nitro sounds complex and confusing at first. You must start with two spares in your possession. Once a the duplicate's blade has been cut, you have to program the chip inside the key, which requires climbing into the car and performing a series of turns with the key in the Dodge's ignition. The process, though, only takes a few minutes to complete. If you do not have two spares, then you will have to visit your Dodge dealership with your spare and the four digit owner's PIN that came with the Nitro upon purchase.
