How to Protect iPod Movies

Protecting your iPod movies ensures that your movies can only be viewed by you. You are able to set a passcode that will prevent anyone else from viewing the movies. This feature can be useful when you are restricting what movies your children can watch or have access to.

  Go to "Settings" on the home screen.

  Go to "General."

  Select "Restrictions".

  Select "Enable Restrictions" on the top on the page.

  Enter a Restrictions passcode when prompted. Choose a passcode that is easy to remember. Confirm the passcode.

  Scroll down the page. Select the tab "Movies". This will be under the "Allowed Content" section. Select "Don't Allow Movies."
