How to Reinstall Ntoskrnl.exe
Ntoskrnl.exe is just one of many oddly named system files necessary for your Windows operating system to operate properly. Because it is a system file, it is also often a target for viruses and malware that wish to damage your computer. Occasionally, ntoskrnl.exe will become damaged or corrupted--either thanks to the viruses or because of a simple computer mishap--and will need to be replaced. All you will need to reinstall ntoskrnl.exe is your Windows setup disc.
