How to Remove an Audiobook in OverDrive

The OverDrive Media Console is a free program that allows you to watch videos and listen to MP3 files, as well as audiobooks. If you have downloaded or transferred an audiobook to your OverDrive folder and no longer want to keep it, you can delete it from OverDrive with ease.

  Open the OverDrive Media Console. You can either click on the desktop icon or click "Start" and find "OverDrive" under the "All Programs" link.

  Click "View All Media" on the left sidebar of the console. Your media items will appear in the right pane.

  Find the audiobook that you want to delete from OverDrive. Click on it to highlight it.

  Click on the "Delete" button with the red "X" on the top panel of the OverDrive Media Console. Click "Yes" when asked if you are sure.
