How to Remove Messages on a HP Officejet 7300

The HP Officejet 7300 is an all-in-one printer, copier, fax machine and scanner. It allows for many of the features to be used without even being connected to the computer. With a printer that can do so much, errors can and do occur. Error messages display on the front of the printer on the screen. Clearing the error messages often requires you to troubleshoot the printer first.
  • Troubleshoot First

    • 1

Read the message. Messages will tell you what is wrong with the printer.

    • 2

Fix the problem. The message will give you directions on how to resolve the issue.

    • 3

Press "OK" when the issue is resolved. The message will go away at that point. In some cases, you will need to restart your printer.
