Signup for an online meeting service such as GoToMeeting or FreeConference.com (see Resources). You will have to pay a subscription service fee but without the software you will not be able to easily communicate with many people. For one on one you can use free services like Yahoo! Instant Messenger.

Schedule a meeting time at the website. You will enter your meeting time, length, use of desktop sharing and the email addresses of the audience.

Start the meeting by going to the website and clicking on the file sharing or desktop sharing application. Each audience member will also have to go to the website address made available to them in the email sent by the conference website. Click on the "Share desktop" option when you are ready and any images that you pull up on your computer will be shared with your audience.
