Fill a spray bottle with water. Turn the nozzle on the spray bottle so it produces a fine mist. Spray the wrinkled garments or linen pieces with a fine mist of water so they are slightly damp, all over. Do not saturate the laundry.

Place the laundry items in the dryer, close the door and set the dryer to a cycle that both heats and tumbles the laundry. Turn the dryer on. Closely monitor the dryer and check the laundry every two or three minutes. Remove the laundry pieces as soon as they feel dry.

Hang or fold the garments or linen immediately after removing them from the dryer.

Several commercially-available dryers have a steam feature to freshen or remove wrinkles from your cleaned and dried laundry. They are considerably more expensive than conventional electric or gas dryers and because they require plumbing, cost more to install.
