  Scientific breakthroughs occur in laboratories. For the study of organisms, chemicals and crime scene results, a lab should have some basic supplies. Lab supplies keep scientists, lab technicians and students safe during the discovery process. The right lab supplies also aid in transporting and storing important chemicals.

Gloves

• Gloves protect hands when working with hazardous chemicals in the laboratory. Gloves are also necessary when working with ovens and other hot equipment.
