Medical Store Management Projects

  • Creating a Sales Project

    • Sales are a good way to bring customers into the store. Create fliers that advertise products on sale. Place sales ads in the local newspapers and on the company website to inform customers of the deals offered at the store. Offer discounts to repeat customers. Discount cards can be made for customer use offering a percentage off the total or free items with purchase. Allow customers to register for coupons to save money and help assure their future business.

    Set up Displays

    • Set up product displays so customers can see the supplies prior to purchase. This lets customers compare items that may help them choose which to buy. Displays can be set up in multiple locations throughout the store ensuring more people pass by and look at the equipment. Uncommon supplies should be displayed to bring attention to the items. Display like items together to show customers what else may be required in order to use the supplies properly.

    Demonstrate Equipment

    • Hold demonstrations of products to draw customers into the store. Show patrons the proper way to use the equipment and any additional equipment that can be used with the item. Perform product demonstrations at various times throughout the day or week to ensure a greater number of viewers. Offer personal demonstrations of equipment by request, giving customers one-on-one personal attention that may lead to their return. Demonstrate commonly purchased, uncommonly purchased items and new arrivals.
