How to Add a Password to a PST File

Microsoft Outlook is an email and organization tool that allows users to manage their contacts, email messages, tasks and calendars in one place. A user's information that pertains to these operations is kept in a PST file on his system. If you want your PST file to be restricted in terms of who can view the data, you can protect it with a password.
