How to Reset the Chronograph on a Timex Ironman

When you're doing exercises, such as running laps, it can be useful to wear a watch that includes a stopwatch feature, also known as a chronograph. One popular option since before the millennium is the Timex Ironman watch, which displays time in 12-hour or 24-hour format, displays the date in month-day or day-month format, and has an option to chime every hour. A nightlight illuminates the watch display during darkness. When you are done timing a workout with your chronograph, you can easily reset it.
