The Japanese word "hagaki" is the combination of the noun "leaf" with the verb "to write." Therefore, "hagaki" roughly translates to the American word "postcard." Some Inkjet printers translated "hagaki" to "Japanese Postcard" in their printer settings menu to avoid confusion.
