How to Import a QBO

A QBO is a QuickBooks online bank statement file that contains your electronic statement from your online account. You can import and even synchronize your statements and store them on your computer. Downloading them from your bank's website may cause your browser to save the QBO file on your computer instead of opening them in QuickBooks. You can manually import to resolve this issue.

  Locate your QBO file on your computer.

  Launch QuickBooks.

  Click "File," "Utilities," "Import" and "Web Connect Files." Hit "Open" to import the QBO to QuickBooks.
