How to Make a Bread Kneading Bucket

Home-made bread is simply delicious, and it's cheaper than store-bought bread. Some people find that kneading the dough by hand is tedious and tiring. Instead of relying on a bread machine or an electric mixer, you can easily knead your dough in a bread kneading bucket. This method uses a hand-cranked mixer to knead the dough. Adequate kneading ensures that your bread will have enough gluten, the substance that gives bread its chewy texture.

Clean the aluminum bucket thoroughly. You will be placing all of your bread making ingredients into this bucket.

Attach the dough hook to the mixer. If your mixer does not accommodate a dough hook, don't worry. You can still knead the dough with the mixer, but you will have to use your hands a bit at the end to ensure that no dough is sticking to the sides of the bucket.
