How to Obtain a Pennsylvania Driver's License
Obtaining a license to drive in the United States is a privilege and not a right. Each state has its own rules and requirements regarding earning the privilege to obtain a license. Most states require a vision test, a passing grade on a written test and a passing grade on an on-road driving test. If you live in the state of Pennsylvania and would like to obtain your driver's license, you will have a few more requirements.
