- 2
Select "File" then "Print Preview" to see how your printout will look. Keep your schedule to one page if possible, to avoid sections being lost or accidentally destroyed.
- 3
Close the print preview and select "File" and then "Print". The print dialog box will appear.
- 4
Select the printer you want to print to from the drop-down menu. Choose a printer that is capable of printing on A3-sized paper or larger if the schedule is a large document.
- 5
Specify a color print where possible, as different colors can help distinguish between tasks on your schedule.
- 6
Select "Print" and wait for your printout to finish. Laminate your printout to improve its durability, if desired.

How to Print a Construction Schedule
It is the task of the project manager of a construction site to put together a construction schedule. This schedule shows all the tasks that workers need to carry out on site, along with the amount of time it should take to complete each one. This valuable document allows the site manager to chart his progress against the schedule. As some site managers may not have computers in their cabins on site, it is wise to print a copy to tack onto the wall.
