  Cut the recycle bins down each corner. Cut each side off of the bin.

  Place the cut sections in a new plastic recycling bin. Place the remaining sections in the new bin as well.

  Call your local recycling company and inform them you have a pick-up, or set the bin out for your regular curbside pick-up if that is available..
