How to Remove the Dell M1004 Error Message on an Inspiron 8200

The M1004 error message typically appears on Dell laptops when the computer is overheating. If you do not have an overheating problem but are still receiving these messages when you boot your Inspiron 8200, you can fix it with a removal tool from Dell. This wipes the error messages and allows your computer to start running normally again.
