Right-click on your desktop and select "New" on the pop-up menu. Select "Folder" on next pop-up menu. Name your folder.

Place a scrapbook page on the scanner. Choose a file format in which to scan. Choose a resolution in which to scan. Scan the page. Import the scanned page file. Save it to the newly created desktop folder.

Burn your scrapbook files to a CD. cd-r image by matteo NATALE from Fotolia.com Insert a writable CD into the CD-writer drive. Open the folder for the CD. Open the desktop folder containing the scrapbook pages. Select all the scrapbook page files and copy by pressing ctrl+C. Paste the files into the CD drive folder by clicking inside the folder and pressing crtl+V. Click "Burn to disk." Click "OK" if required. Remove the CD from the drive when the files are finished burning to the disk.

How to Save Scrapbook Pages to a CD
Sharing scrapbook pages is commonly done by passing around a completed scrapbook album. There are many instances, though, when passing around an album is impossible. For some, creating a back-up copy of the completed pages is the priority rather than sharing. Saving scanned pages to a CD to share with family and friends, or create a back-up copy, will allow you to accomplish both tasks.
