Turn on your Nuvi 760. Press the "Tools" menu. Select "Settings."

Select the setting you want to tweak and then make the desired changes. Your options will be "System" (settings regarding the way the GPS behaves), "Navigation" (settings about navigation to destinations), "Display" (settings regarding how information is displayed onscreen), "Time" (settings about the time updating and default time zone), "Language" (the default language), "Map" (how information is displayed on the on-screen map), "Security" (anti-theft settings), "Traffic" (optional traffic update settings), "Bluetooth" (settings regarding Bluetooth device connections), "Proximity Points" (settings regarding locations close to your destination), "Volume" (system volume settings) and "Restore" (restoring all settings to the default).

Press "OK" after tweaking the desired setting(s) to save your changes.
